Worries and irrational fears

     "Refrain from worrying about things that are not or things that might or might not happen."

Most things that we are afraid of or worry about do not necessarily happen. Worries and irrational fears affect one's ability to enjoy themselves. Things that are not only come to existence whenever you let your mind run wild. You should take control of your mind and stop imagining scary, morose, or calamitous scenarios that are not. The mind can play tricks on us if we let it wander all the time. It is up to us to control our minds in order to prevent worries and irrational fears from invading our imagination.
