Let it go

"Your life, health and well-being are greater, more important than your job. Try not to drag the stress of your job into your life."

Your life continues after you finish your shift at work. Don't dwell upon the stress of your job when away from work. In order to perform your job efficiently, you need to be healthy. If you let the stress of your job follow you everywhere you go, your health and relationships might be affected. Subsequently, you won't be able to perform your job efficiently anymore, and your relationships might also suffer a setback. After work, get involved in activities that bring you like the most; find something that can help you take your mind off work, spend time with your family, friends, or loved ones. In truth, you have the responsibility to shield your health and your life from stress.
